It’s March 1st and Day #1 of our 30 day plank challenge.  Whatever version you choose, keep abs from gripping by breathing easy.  No breath holding!  If you want more of a challenge, alternate leg lifts.  Need less, drop knees. The goal is to strengthen without tension using the alignment principles we practiced. When finished take child’s pose to rest.  Have fun and ask your kids to join in too!day1
