Susi is coming to Atlanta, and the room is almost half full. Are you in it?

If you want to learn how to see, and I mean truly see, so that you aren’t feeling so darned stumped about what to say to someone who has wandered into your multi-level class and says they have back pain – I know you want to offer them more than just “listen to your body”.

If you want to be more for your students – more than someone who offers a calm mind and a place to release stress – you want to help and see them get better – and I mean truly better, so their SI joint issues truly go away. Their back pain goes away. Their wrist issues are non-issues.

Get yourself to East Cobb Yoga for the March 21-22 weekend. Your world will be blown wide open. And your body and your students will be ever grateful

March 21,22, 2015:   Therapeutic Yoga Training with Susi Hately, Functional Synergy

Very often our clients unknowingly compensate for lack of skill  by using force, which inevitably leads to pain, strain, and injury. Teachers use this strategy as well, and the research is strong, it’s just not effective or sustainable.  Using Susi’s principles you will learn how to move in a way you were naturally designed to– to unleash the body’s true movement potential.  You will love Susi’s approach to asana and alignment.  This workshop will improve how you see and relate to yoga asana, and how you inhabit your body in truly nourishing way.

Expand your reach, your knowledge, and your income!
