Course Registration:
This course has been proven effective worldwide. It is based on the core principles found within Jon Kabat Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) and Mark Williams’ Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy course (MBCT), however the weekly training sessions and home practices are shorter to be more accessible and affordable.   MBSR and MBCT are the two most well-researched and evidence-based mindfulness programs available.  For many the course can lead to immediate and striking results: feeling happier, calmer, more focused, sleeping better, as well improving connection and communication for better relationships. 

8-week Course Fees:  $349

A Cure in our Lifetime – Join me for breakfast Mar. 15

Dear Yogis,

Our friend and fellow yoga student Jennifer Fink is co-hosting a charity breakfast for “A Cure in Our Lifetime” for breast cancer research.  I attended last year and hoping you will join me this year to support a truly wonderful cause and learn more about the current findings.  My sweet mom is a breast cancer survivor and I’m passionate about supporting research.
 
A Cure in our Lifetime is operated 100% by volunteers so all of the money raised goes directly to research and providing resources for those who have beast cancer.  Click on the link to learn more.
 
I’m organizing a table of 10 and hope you’ll join me. The event is March 15th at 9am at Cherokee Town Club and tickets are $125.  This is a wonderful opportunity for us to connect and learn together.  As an added incentive, ECYM will credit your next class package $25 to co-fund your donation.
