Yoga 101 – Small Group or Private

Session #1:  Fridays, 10:30 am – 12pm –   Jan. 19,26, and Feb. 2,9

Session #2:   Saturdays – dates TBA

Once a week for 4 weeks, you’ll be introduced to the basic principles of yoga including the healing science of mindfulness,  breathing techniques for stress reduction,  the warrior series, and safe practices of stretching, folding, twisting, and back-bending.  Postures are broken down step by step to make you comfortable, confident, ready to flow!

4 Yoga 101 Classes (90 min each)  + 2 free reg.classes –  $149
